Label set up by the old head of development at Audiogenic/ASL, Darryl Still - they did a few games for other formats which were published by the likes of Ocean and Atari, but only ever two games were released by them for the old beeb, Godax and Skirmish (Cyboto was an unreleased work in progress).
The BBC titles were published by Maynard International, a company set up by an ex-MD of ASL, Martin Maynard, who eventually purchased the company from Darryl Still after he had accepted a job at Atari as head of UK marketing for the Atari ST.
Interestingly, the company was run from Theale, Berkshire and from the same offices as Top Ten the budget games label of Maynard International - Darryl Still had an agreement with Maynard that he would work on the Top Ten Label in exchange for the use of the offices.

An entertaining top-down explorer-em-up much in the same vein as Superior classics Pipeline and Ravenskull. The graphics are beautifully designed and it is nice to see some good colour combinations for once. The animation too is superb, with no flicker whatsoever and some nice animations. The gameplay also comes up to spec, and is well worth a look!

A perfect conversion of one of my favourite arcade games, which was called Joust. You ride Buzzards and have to defeat the evil knights which also ride buzzards, you do this by jousting with them, you collide and if your joust pole is higher up than the enemies pole, then you win, and he dies. I love this game, because it is so original, and it is never tiring. The two player mode should not be missed, it is unbeatable fun. This game was originally planned for release with Aardvark, but due to restrictions with Atari it was not in the end, Delos D Harriman, the author, edited it, and changed the name (originally Joust), and then released it on Godax, and later it made an appearance with PAS12.
