Probably one of the longest ever surviving games teams in the country, these guys are still hard at work nearly 20 years on. They were mainly producers for the C64 and Speccy, but for some reason they did only 4 games for the Beeb, which was unlucky because they were both great fun. They have since been bought out by French games company Infogrames, but still exist as a subsidary of the company.

Please contact me if you have any additional information about the company or its games!

An enjoyable game, with you control the famous athelete in the Decathalon, an mixture of 10 different sports. There is swimming, bike riding, shooting and more. This is a great and very enjoyable game, it is great fun to play, just like most of the other games of this type. The graphics are good, whilst not outstanding, and the sound is average. It is only a one player game, but these types of games are usually much better with a second player.

The most succesful 8-bit soccer game ever, this was one of the biggest selling titles of it's day. The only thing about the beeb version was that it was surprising slow, even with just the 6 players a side. Still one of my favourite soccer games, it still makes me laugh when I see the keeper dive!

This must have been one of the first games to be sponsored by a company, the Wimpy burger chain (which still has a few odd outlets left, although they look more like an extremely expensive greasy spoon cafe these days). It's all based on the Burgertime arcade game - you have to create burgers, by climbing the platforms and standing on the burger pieces, releasing them from their containers, and dropping them on to the bottom of the burger, when you complete three burgers, the level is won. It's an example of a good game but badly implemented, the graphics are fairly lazy and for some reason my version crashes a lot.
